What we collect
Your email address and your IP address. If you ask a question on the FAQ page, we also keep the question and, if you leave one, your email address.
Why we collect it
Email you the link to the report, prevent abuse, answer requests for a detailed analysis, and let you know when we answer your FAQ question. We may publish your question and our answer on the FAQ page, without your email address.
Legal basis
We use your email address to send you the report, to answer your request for a detailed analysis, and to let you know when your FAQ question is answered, because you asked us to (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use your IP address and email address to prevent abuse, such as too many free checks, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who else receives it
Our email provider sends the emails.
How long we keep it
IP - seven days, email - six months. An email address left with an FAQ question: until we let you know the answer is published, and at most six months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, or to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere, and you can object to how we use it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within one month. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) at azop.hr.
